How did I hate thee? Let me count the ways:
No intelligent talking (and possibly psychotic) computers or expiditions to Jupiter.
With the exception of a handful of independent films and Hollywood blockbusters that actually delivered, just about every movie released this year blew.
My job.
My stepfather was diagnosed with cancer.
The way-too-soon deaths of Joey Ramone, Douglas Adams and George Harrison.
September 11th and it's aftermath.
I was going to write more, but it's just too darn depressing.
